WELDERS, PRESS BREAK OPERATORS, CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
WELDER ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up workstation with appropriate weld jig and check fixture according to the detail sheet.
Set up the welding equipment according to the Welding Specification
Manually weld using the MIG/TIG welding processes to manufacture components, consistently maintaining appropriate production levels.
Must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
Responsible for performing Quality Assurance checks on work to ensure product specifications are quality maintained.
Must possess good communication, math, problem solving and organizational skills.
Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods of time while performing physically demanding repetitive job tasks.
Capable of regular lifting randomly sized items up to 60 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Highly Self-Motivated.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
Punctuality and Good Attendance is a Must.

PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and run press brake according to blueprint and traveler instructions.
Measure and document bend lengths and angles to assure part requirements are met.
Problem-solve forming issues as required; ask for assistance when needed.
Report time and production accurately into system.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Two to five years’ experience bottom bending (not coining) parts on one or more brands of modern press brakes.
Able to form complicated bend sequences repetitively without scrapping parts.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, bend lines and angles.
Experience with calipers, height gauges and protractors.
Working knowledge of the differences in forming high strength steel, aluminum and stainless.
Knowledgeable of manufacturing math (bent allowance, K factors joggle loss etc.)
Desire to maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment.
Able to work on one’s feet for an 8 or 10 hour shift.
Punctuality and Good Attendance is a Must.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and run CNC controlled machines according to blueprint and traveler instructions.
Measure and document overall, hole and feature sizes to assure part requirements are met.
Problem-solve issues as required; ask for assistance when needed.
Report time and production accurately into system.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Two to five years’ experience operating a machine with CNC controls. Experience with Amada preferred,
Able to pull up programs, set parameters, load materials, do set ups and metal finish edges as needed.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with calipers, height gauges and protractors.
Working knowledge of conditions for high strength steel, aluminum and stainless.
Desire to maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment.
Able to work on one’s feet for an 8-to-10 hour shift, lift a maximum or 40 pounds repetitively.
Punctuality and Good Attendance is a Must.
