At FabriFast we utilize the latest equipment and technology to reduce lead time and cost. We use the most advanced press brake technology from Amada which enables us to consistently maintain precise forming dimensions, without significant investment in dedicated (and customer purchased) brake tooling.
Through the use of "air bending" and one touch tool holders, FabriFast is able to achieve set-up times that are consistently under 10 minutes while minimizing the total tooling investment.
This results in both shorter lead time and lower cost without any sacrifice in dimensional accuracy and consistency.
